Due to legal regulations, Bitazza is permitted to accept deposits and process withdrawals from customers. However, customers must own a Bitazza account, and the name on their Bitazza account must match the name on their bank account. 

This means we cannot approve deposits made from a different account name or process withdrawals to an account with a name that doesn't match the Bitazza account, as it would be a violation of legal requirements.
