If you have placed a Limit or Stop order, and the transaction has not been completed in full, you can cancel the order using one of two methods:


Method 1: Go to the Market page and scroll down below the graph to find the Open Orders column. You can then click the X Cancel under the Action column to cancel order.


Method 2: Go to the Transactions page and locate the Open Orders column. You can then click the X Cancel under the Action column to cancel the order.


You can only cancel orders that have not been fully matched. If some portions of the orders have been matched, you can cancel only the remaining unmatched portions. For example, if you set a Limit order for 30 tokens and 10 out of 30 tokens have been matched, you can cancel only the remaining 20 tokens that have not been matched yet. The matched portion will already be converted into funds or tokens in your wallet as usual.
