Starting from February 1, fiat deposits may take up to one hour to process after all steps are completed correctly. Additionally, deposits can only be made through the Bitazza Thailand mobile app at this time

To deposit THB, please follow the instructions below:
1. Open the 'Wallet' tab, select the 'Fiat' section, and then click on 'Deposit'


2. Enter the deposit amount, tick to accept the conditions, then tap 'Next' 

The deposit limit must not exceed 2 million baht per transaction


3. Tap the copy button to copy the bank account number and use it to deposit money via your mobile banking app



4. Tap the upload button to upload your transfer slip, then tap 'Complete'

Once submitted, your screen will show ‘Deposit Processing…’, and it will update to ‘Deposit Successful’ once the funds are credited


Bitazza does not impose a maximum limit on daily THB deposits. However, THB withdrawals are limited to 5 million baht per day
