If you have initiated a withdrawal but have not confirmed it via email, you can go to the ‘My Wallets’ tab and select the ‘Transaction History’ menu. Then, click on the ‘Withdraw’ tab and select ‘Cancel’ in the Action column on the right-hand side of the screen to cancel the transaction immediately.


Once you have confirmed the withdrawal via email, the funds will be withdrawn into your account, and you will not be able to cancel the withdrawal.
