If you have initiated a withdrawal but have not confirmed it via email, you can go to the Transactions menu and click on Withdrawal Status. Then, click on Cancel in the Action column on the right-hand side of the screen to cancel the transaction immediately.

Once you have confirmed the withdrawal via email, the funds will be withdrawn into your account, and you will not be able to cancel the withdrawal.
