You can cancel a transaction that has been initiated but has not yet been confirmed by email by following these steps:

1. Go to the ‘My Wallets’ tab, select ‘Transaction History’, and click on the ‘Withdraw’ menu.


2. Transactions that you have initiated for withdrawal will appear in 'Pending Email Confirmation' status. To cancel a transaction, click the 'Cancel' button under the ‘Action’ column.


Once you have confirmed the withdrawal via email, you will not be able to cancel the transaction.
