Thai citizen - ID Card Upload (Front and Back) and one additional document

Foreigners - Passport and one additional document

KYC Level 2

1. Proof of funds  - Bitazza accepts one of the following documents: 

   - Bank statement (3 months or more)  

   - Withheld Tax Certificate Section 50 Bis (Last Year) 

   - Income Tax Payment Certificate (Last Year) and Please only submit the non-encrypted  

     file

2. Proof of address - Bitazza accepts one of the following documents: 

   - Bank account statement (This should be issued by the bank, showing the bank seal) 

   - Utility Bill (Electricity, telephone, credit card, and internet bill) 

*** Please make sure that your uploaded proof of address follows the list: Account holder's name must be visible. Account holder's address must be visible. Issuing date must be within 3 months.

3. Proof of Bank book (Passbook)

4. Bitazza Forms:

   - Completed Bitazza Questionnaires form

   - Completed Personal Information form

KYC Level 3
