How to unlock my account?

To unlock your account, please kindly contact our customer support and provide a selfie image holding up the following:
1. National ID (Thai citizen) or Passport (Non-Thai citizen)
2. A paper written with Bitazza.com, Unlock Account and today's date
Please ensure that your whole head is visible in the selfie. And that none of the details of your ID and the paper is being blocked.
After submitting your selfie, Bitazza will need sometime to verify your submission and will unlock your account under 24 hours.
