Deposit from a different bank account

If you make a deposit from a bank account with a different name from your Bitazza account, please contact our customer relations officers via Live Chat or email at email@example.com to request a refund. Kindly provide the following additional information:
1. Proof of the deposit transaction (transaction slip).
2. Depositor's full name.
3. Bitazza account owner's full name.
4. An image of the first page of the depositor's passbook, clearly displaying the account details.
Once you have provided complete information, our staff will verify and refund the amount to the original source account within 3-7 days, with a handling fee of 100 Baht.
If you have recently changed your name,please send the relevant supporting documents to our staff to update your information and approve the deposit without any fees.
