How do I change email?

To change your email, please contact our customer support representatives and provide a selfie image holding up the following:
1. Contact our contact our customer support representatives via Livechat or email to support@bitazza.com requesting to change email address
2. Send the selfie with passport and holding a paper with the following details:
2.1 www.bitazza.com
2.2 Change Email
2.3 Old Email
2.4 New Email
2.5 Todays date
3. To pay the email change fee of 500 Baht, you can transfer the fee to the following bank account:
Bank: Siam Commercial Bank (SCB)
Account Name: Bitazza Co. Ltd.
Account Number: 001-353735-5
Please ensure that your whole head is visible in the selfie. And that none of the details of your ID and the paper is being blocked.
After submitting your selfie, Bitazza will need sometime to verify your submission and will change your email under 24 hours.
