How to Cancel your Order - Application

If you've placed a Limit or Stop order and the transaction has not yet been completed in full, you can cancel the order as follows:
1. Go to the Market or Trade page, then click on the Orders button located at the upper right corner of the screen.
2. Select the Open order, then click on the transaction you wish to cancel.
3. Click on Cancel Order.
You can only cancel orders that have not been fully matched. If some portions of the orders have been matched, you can cancel only the remaining unmatched portions. For example, if you set a Limit order for 30 tokens and 10 out of 30 tokens have been matched, you can cancel only the remaining 20 tokens that have not been matched yet. The matched portion will already be converted into funds or tokens in your wallet as usual.
