Deposit Not Received
THB deposits are typically processed within 1 hour. If it has been over an hour, it may due to you deposit in wrong way:


1. If you deposited from another person's bank account
- Bitazza only accepts THB deposits that match your Bitazza account's name, we're unable to approve your deposit due to the regulations.
-  Please contact our agent and provide the following document to process a refund to the depositor's bank account:

1. An image of your transfer slip

2. An image of the depositor's bankbook first page.

*Once you have provided complete information, our staff will verify and refund the amount to the depositor's bank account within 5-7 business days, deducting a handling fee of 100 Baht.

2. If you deposited from True Money Wallet /Paotang/e-Wallets
Bitazza does not support deposits from wallets yet, please use your mobile banking application to deposit next time
- Please contact our agent and provide the following document to process a refund to the depositor's bank account:

1. An image of your transfer slip

2. An image of the depositor's bankbook first page.

*Once you have provided complete information, our staff will verify and refund the amount to the depositor's bank account within 5-7 business days, deducting a handling fee of 100 Baht.

Status Deposit Rejected
Please note that your transaction might be rejected because the deposit amount in the app and the deposit amount on the transfer slip do not match. You can easily make a new deposit with the same amount you transferred to correct the process
