Reporting a Bug

Please limit each submission to one issue. Make sure to include steps to reproduce the issue and attach any necessary information, such as screenshots and logs. This allows us to effectively distribute information to specific teams within Bitazza. Your submission will be reviewed by Bitazza engineers and we’ll contact you if we need more information.
By email content must have the following attributes:
Provide clear and concise steps to reproduce the issue.
Collect and attach any relevant logs.
Describe a reproducible test case, if applicable.
Provide screenshots and or a video showing the issue.
Furthermore, please provide additional elaboration on the following details:
1. Describe the problem. Please describe what were you attempting to achieve and what happened. (Attach screenshot or video)
2. The operating environment. Example: Dashboard, Market, Buy/Sell, Wallets, Profile & Security, Verification Level, API Keys, Trade Reports, Affiliate Program, Loyalty Token
3. The expected behaviour
4. The actual behaviour
5. Steps to reproduce. Please describe the process to reproduce the bug or error.
6. Other information. You may need to include information such as the URL where the problem occurred, the severity of the bug (is it blocking something or just a minor inconvenience), screenshots or videos of the bug, error messages or codes, and so on.
